• **Wrong Product Shipped:** You received a product that is totally different from the item ordered.

**Refund Process:** If approved, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method. The cost of return shipping for defective/wrong products will be borne by KashmiriArt.in.

Exchanges are permitted under these limited conditions:

• **Manufacturing Defect:** The item received is significantly defective.
• **Wrong Color Received:** The color of the item is totally different from the color ordered.
